- Caprese with buffalo’s milk mozzarella from Campania ( mozzarella and tomatoes)
- Smoked swordfish with rocket and shrimps
- Warm see salad (Octopus – rocket – shrimps and tomatoes)
- Tuna, swordfish and salmon-Carpaccio with oil and balsamic vinegar
- Raw ham from Parma and melon (Product only of the season)
