    With lemons facts come directly from Sorrento, we make various dishes and one in particular is our main course during the spring and summer: fillet of sea bass with lemon of the Amalfi Coast.

  • We use tha artichoke in various ways but our customers' favourite recipe is the seared artichoke with pistachios from the Etna and grated aged cheese, Raspadüra di Lodi.
    A wonderful dish, worth trying, an explosion of tastes and freshness, combined with the aroma of Pistacchi di Bronte toasted, together with the mellow flavour of DOP (protected denomination origin) cheese.
