Il Rifugio del Ghiottone, Gilberto and Nicola's idea, was born in 1999. After various experiences in the field, they decided  to open a restaurant together. Today they are still the owners and managers and, driven by their passion, are always there to welcome and serve their customers with meticolous care and friendliness. The restaurant has, among its regular customers, many show business people and in particular, sport journalists. It is located in the heart of Milan, between  Porta Venezia and Porta Nuova bastions.

The gastronomic offer is of absolute quality, the cuisine takes its inspiration from mediterranean, national and Mid-European tradition. Its quality is of foremost importance, as well as taking into consideration the past and its tradition, using the best ingredients, purchased directly from their areas of production.

Il Rifugio del Ghiottone is divided into three pleasantly furnished dining rooms with soft lighting, ideal for private conversations,. There are around fifty seats, all in a quite environment. Perfect for couples, groups, families, companies, romantic dates,  for lunch and dinner.

Nearby Il Rifugio del Ghiottone parking places are available, and it also easy to reach by public transport. in particular underground MM3 and the city train,  at Piazza della Repubblica.
